What happens if my computer crashes and I lose the software?
When you purchase SiteSpinner V2 you are purchasing the registration. What that means is if you lose your hard drive you would simply need to re-download the software from our site and re-register it with the registration information you were sent with your purchase. In the unfortunate event that your house were to burn down and you lost your registration information you could contact us and we would have your purchase emails resent to you.

You can opt to receive SiteSpinner V2 on CD-ROM if you wish (there is a charge of $9.99 plus shipping and handling). The product boxes pictured on this website are for illustration purposes only. We do not ship software in boxes because of the costs associated with extra packaging, shipping, and replacement of damaged goods.

How long does it take to get my registration information?
Once you make your purchase and your payment is approved you are given your registration information immediately (with Credit Card purchases that can be less than a minute). We email you your registration information including your registration codes as well as general product information immediately. If you opted to also receive a CD-ROM, please expect 5 to 10 business days for delivery to the US and Canada, and longer for overseas deliveries.

Can I install on a second computer?
When you purchase a single license for SiteSpinner V2 you are entitled to install the product on 2 machines within the same household.

How many updates am I entitled to?
With SiteSpinner V2 we offer 'no-hassle updates'. Once you make your purchase you are entitled to all V2 updates (that includes V2.0 through V2.9). To update to the latest release you simply need to download and install it. Updates beyond V2 will be available at a discount.

Do I need to know HTML to use SiteSpinner V2?
You do not need to know any HTML in order to build a website. SiteSpinner V2 is a true WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) website editor. You only have to be concerned with how you want your page to look.
